Very authentic Mexican food! We live in Texas and this was amazing food. The tamales were top notch!
Wow! We were traveling through the area and decided to stop for dinner. What an awesome meal. Delicious empanadas and carnita tacos. Also, they have aguas frescas. I recommend this place if you want good Mexican food.

The place is not your typical Mexican restaurant. The price is very reasonable. The food is tremendously good and some of the best I've had in a long time. I do not usually eat the chips and salsa but I could not get enough of the salsa. I would highly recommend this place. You may be waiting a little long for the food but well worth the wait.
It's about the food here. The building doesn't have a new flashy look, but once you start with the delicious chips and salsa you will get it. It's the style restaurant that you order at the counter and they bring your food to the table when it's ready. I got all my food to go. Once with call in pick up and once a walk in. The staff is fantastic, they are very helpful and friendly. Explained everything we had a question about.
Seriously so so so so good! Being from California it's tough to find authentic Mexican food in Tennessee...until now. This little place is a gem! The food was AMAZING...staff were so friendly. Our meal came with delicious chips and homemade salad. The salsa bar was spot on. I'm so glad to have this here while we're down visiting!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND
What are great lunch! Not knowing what to get, we asked the staff and a regular and bothered said the #1 - four tacos!! Reasonable priced, choice of meats - I chose the steak and G had two shredded chicken and two regular chicken. I preferred my steak (though G didn't like as much as her two shredded chicken tacos). I tried the hibiscus tea on a recommendation- very yummy! And so were the chips and salsa - hot chips and chunky and freshly made salsa hit the spot. Staff is friendly and did a good job cleaning and keeping customers safe, so bonus star! Atmosphere was good and a Mexican soccer match was on TV - so if you want a great experience, please try out this spot if you are near Winchester!
